Q: When should I make my reservation?
Wedding
The best time to book your wedding and/or reception reservation is now. Many of the most popular weekends get booked up to a year (or more) in advance. To secure your date a deposit must be paid and a contract signed.

Corporate
Corporate events are always welcome. Many of these events take significant planning. Our staff is empowered and equipped to help you pull your event off with seamless perfection. From food selection and preparation, to providing and setting-up your A/V needs, the Wellington will provide the necessary service to host the event you desire. The Holiday Inn Express located next door is a beautiful hotel with a view overlooking Lake Wellington. The location and quality of this hotel make it ideal for your guests. Please let us know what your room night situation will be. Discounts apply on rooms depending upon the number of rooms booked.

Q: What is the deposit for a reservation?
To reserve a date, a contract must be signed and a deposit paid. The deposit is 50% of the rental rate, and will be paid upon signing the contract.
Q: What is included in the base rental?
The following are included in the rental price:
- All tables and chairs
- Table linens for expected attendance (Additional linens will incur a charge)
- Dance floor
- Room set-up
- Facility cleaning
- Terrace (If Ballroom A is included in rental)
- Sound System
- Audiovisual equipment based on your individual needs
Q: How do we handle food and beverage needs?
There are two different options to satisfy your food and beverage needs providing great flexibility:
- Wellington has an Approved Caterer's List for you to choose from. You can bring in any outside caterer as long as we have their caterer's permit and proof of insurance. All catering will be assessed a 18% service charge.
- The Wellington can provide catering for your event. We customize menus to your particular needs by discussing different facets involving catering such as presentation, serving style, type of food, flatware and glassware, and service requirements. A cost per head will be agreed to based on your menu choice.
All events are different, and we can help determine what option is best for your particular needs.
Q: What is the best way to view the building?
We schedule appointments to discuss particular event details and tour the facilities. An appointment ensures that our staff is able to commit the necessary amount of time to you and your needs, and that the building is not occupied.
